Solomon’s temple

Here is a drawing of Solomon’s temple. I find it helpful to see an artist rendering as I read the description of it’s construction [1 Kings 6].

    I was amazed at how big the temple was – compared to the size of the people!
    I had no idea.
    I find it intimidating!
    I can’t comprehend what it was like then for people in their relationship with God. I don’t undesrstand the way God did things then. Of course, as a woman I would not have seen this part would I?

    I am glad that God dwells within each of us now and we are all rsponsible for our own relationships with Him (and to encourage each other in it to of course)
